Tea With God is a 40-day digital devotional companion that includes:

• Daily devotional content and scripture readings
• Private journaling functionality
• Educational wellness exercises inspired by general scientific principles (not professional psychological treatment)
• Original worship music (where available)
• Progress tracking through the 40-day journey

Note: All references to scientific or psychological concepts within the app are drawn from publicly available, general scientific knowledge. We do not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or partnership with any researchers, institutions, or experts. The content represents our own educational interpretation of widely-available scientific principles.

3. Access and Payment

Access to Tea With God requires a valid access code obtained through:

• Direct Purchase: One-time payment processed through Yoco (our payment provider)
• Organization Access: Code provided by a participating church, counselor, or organization
• Gift Code: Code received as a gift from another user

All payments are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once an access code has been redeemed. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for support.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Tea With God, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your access code confidential
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Not share or redistribute access codes

5. Mental Health and Educational Disclaimer

Tea With God provides spiritual and educational content designed to support emotional wellness. BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• The Service is NOT therapy, counseling, or professional mental health treatment
• The "brain games" and wellness exercises are EDUCATIONAL tools only, not clinical treatment
• The creators are NOT psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals

• No content should be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical or psychological evaluation

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations, assume full responsibility for your own mental health decisions, and agree to seek appropriate professional help when needed. You expressly waive any claims against Tea With God and its creators arising from your use of the educational content.

• We do NOT claim affiliation with or endorsement by any researchers, universities, or institutions

By using the Service, you agree that Tea With God makes no representations about professional expertise and you will not hold the Service or its creators liable for any claims related to scientific accuracy or professional expertise.

All content within Tea With God is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws:

• Original music compositions
• Brain game designs and implementations
• App design and user interface
• The Tea With God brand and logo

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Privacy

Key points:

• Journal entries remain on your device
• We never sell your personal data
• Payment information is processed securely by Yoco
• You can request deletion of your account at any time

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Tea With God, its creators, developers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall NOT be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any psychological, emotional, or mental health outcomes
• Any actions taken or not taken based on content within the app
• Any reliance on the educational or scientific information provided
• Loss of data, content, or personal information
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Any claim by third parties arising from your use of the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the Service.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tea With God, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
